Mr. Henry’s agricultural background and interests offer additional insight into a range of issues, including environmental and governmental regulation, legislation, and compliance; and litigation involving agricultural products, services, and contracts. Mr. Lyons, Mr. Speagle, and Mr. Cohan have extensive experience defending municipal governments and other entities and businesses in employment related issues throughout Alabama. Mr. Lyons has had the opportunity to orally argue cases on behalf of employers and municipal governments before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and has handled numerous cases involving discrimination claims and employment contracts as well as the related issues of immunity. Mr. Lyons and Mr. White further have experience handling products liability claims on numerous products throughout Alabama. Mr. Webster is experienced in resolving employment-related disputes, whether they arise from discrimination claims or the enforceability of employment contracts.
