
J. Bradley Ponder graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2001 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2006. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ponder spent two years in Washington, DC working in governmental affairs and campaign finance. He also has served as a political advisor on an Alabama Supreme Court campaign. While in law school, Mr. Ponder received the George Peach Taylor Award for outstanding advocacy in a national trial advocacy competition. He also served as the President of the Student Defense Lawyer Association, Vice President of the Student Farrah Law Society, and a Senior Editor of the Law and Psychology Review. Mr. Ponder currently resides with his wife in Birmingham.
